To easily get a Letter of Good Standing, head to your Member Portal here:

After logging in, click "View More" under the Resources & Services section:

1.3. Where Can I Find My NRDS Number?

To easily locate your NRDS number, head to your Member Portal here: 
https://portal.highlandlakesrealtors.com/

 

From the menu on the left, click Subscriptions:

 

Your NRDS will be listed under the HL Memebership and Highland Lakes MLS cards:

1.4. How to Update Your Email

 

Your Member Portal allows you to save the following email address:

  • 1 for receiving communications sent from HLAoR (invoices, marketing, etc)
  • 1 Billing CC email
  • 1 for your MLS communications (emails sent from the MLS will show this address)

 

All contact info will be updated through your Member Portal here:

How to Update Your Email for HLAoR Communications and Add a Billing CC

Note: This is the email address that will receive billing invoices and additional communications from HLAoR. To manage the additional types of communication you receive, head here: https://portal.highlandlakesrealtors.com/email-preferences

 

From the menu on the left, click My HLAoR and then Profile:

Click the Edit Profile button.

Add your preferred email address and any Billing CC if needed. Click Save Changes to finish.

How to Update Your MLS Email Address

Note: This is the address your clients will see when you email from within the MLS (property searches, etc).

 

From the menu on the left, click Subscriptions:

On your Highland Lakes MLS card, click Details:

On the slide-out menu, click the edit button (highlighted in red below):

Enter your preferred information, and click Save Changes.

Note: If you have trouble saving the changes, try removing and re-typing your phone number. 

1.5. How to Unsubscribe to Emails

 

While we would love to have all of our members receive all of our communications, we understand that not every email is relevant to every member's needs. Please understand that we are in the process of organizing our communications to ensure each member can customize the types of communication emails they receive. 

 

To opt-out of email channels, head to your Member Portal here:
https://portal.highlandlakesrealtors.com/

 

Under 'My Association', click on "Email Preferences":

 

From here, you can choose which channels you wish to no longer receive emails from:

 

Note: As new channels are created, members are automatically opted in. 

1.6. How to Change Offices

 

Head to your Member Portal here: 
https://portal.highlandlakesrealtors.com/

 

From the menu on the left, select Subscriptions:

In the top-right corner, select Subscription Actions:

Select Change Office:

=========================================================

You will be directed to a form to finalize the transfer. 

1.7. How to Add Your Preferred Name

Your member portal allows you the option to add your preferred name to the MLS. This name will be used for all listings, print-outs, and communication to your clients from within the MLS system. 

For example, if your name is Joseph, but you prefer to be called Joe, and would like the MLS to reflect this, you can make the change here. 

To update your preferred name, head to your Member Portal here: 
https://portal.highlandlakesrealtors.com/

 

From the menu on the left, click My HLAoR and then Profile:

 

Click the Edit Profile button.

Add your preferred FIRST name. Click Save Changes to finish. 

Note: This field is intended for first names only. Please allow a few minutes for the MLS to update after adding your preferred name.

1.8. Broker Tools - How to Terminate an Agent

 

Head to your Member Portal here:

From the menu on the left, select Brokerage, then Roster:
