1.1. Update Your Password

You will receive an email titled "Important: Activate your new Highland Lakes REALTORS®" from support@highlandlakesrealtors.com. 

Within the email will be a button that says Activate Your Account:

Clicking on the button will take you to the following screen, where you'll update your password and verify your mobile number.

Be sure to have your mobile phone nearby.

Click the link that says "Click here to proceed".

From the next screen you'll need to do the following:

• Verify the mobile number is correct. 
  • You will be receiving a code via text
  • If the number is incorrect, you can replace it with the correct number
• Check the box next to "I agree to receive SMS..."
• Click 'Send Code'.

You will receive a text message with a code. 

• Enter the code. 
• Check the box next to "Trust this device"
• Click the blue Verify button.

Create your new password.

You will receive the following confirmation message:

From here, you can click the words "Member Portal" to be redirected to your new portal.

2.1. Getting Started

Use the following link to register and log back in. 

Access Paragon Academy (Click Here)

It is recommended to bookmark this page. 

For first-time users, click "No account? Sign up".

Complete the User Registration Form. Student Number is NOT required.

Check the box to accept the terms, and click the Confirm button.

A "Success!" message will appear. 

You can now log in with the credentials you created.

After logging in you should see a "Welcome" message with a box to "Redeem" an access code. 

If the message does not appear, click on "Redeem Code" from the menu on the left side of the screen.

The access code will register users for all Paragon courses. Only Paragon Academy is required for new HLAoR members.

 Click on Paragon Academy to begin the course.

2.2. Adding Paragon Academy to Your Courses
