1.1. Update Your Password
You will receive an email titled "Important: Activate your new Highland Lakes REALTORS®" from support@highlandlakesrealtors.com.
Within the email will be a button that says Activate Your Account:
Clicking on the button will take you to the following screen, where you'll update your password and verify your mobile number.
Be sure to have your mobile phone nearby.
Click the link that says "Click here to proceed".

From the next screen you'll need to do the following:
- Verify the mobile number is correct.
- You will be receiving a code via text
- If the number is incorrect, you can replace it with the correct number
- Check the box next to "I agree to receive SMS..."
- Click 'Send Code'.

You will receive a text message with a code.
- Enter the code.
- Check the box next to "Trust this device"
- Click the blue Verify button.

Create your new password.

You will receive the following confirmation message:

From here, you can click the words "Member Portal" to be redirected to your new portal.
